We are looking for competitive and dynamic associates to come on board to help us build up our business activities within and outside of the city.

Key responsibilities:

1. Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction
2. Meeting and surpassing business expectations and contributing to our company s rapid and sustainable growth
3. Interacting with our customers and potential clients
4. Discussing strategy with management to best increase sales in your market
5. Identifying individual client needs and pitching suitable services/products
6. Building relationships for mutual success- consultative solution selling to ensure long-term relationship building
7. Developing an in-depth understanding of the clients and marketplace

Skills & qualifications:

1. Strong team player
2. Assertive and proactive personality, with outstanding interpersonal skills
3. Attention to the details-sound creative ability to evaluate bigger-picture plans as well as on-the-ground implementations
4. Intellectual curiosity is required and someone who enjoys networking
5. Currently in the Bangalore location
6. Immediate joiners only
