Key responsibilities:
1. Work on video editing:
i. Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, cohesive final products.
ii. Maintain consistency and uphold the highest quality standards in all video content.
2. Work on motion graphics design:
i. Develop visually striking motion graphics for various projects.
ii. Collaborate with the design team to create concepts and storyboards that align with project goals.
3. Work on creative collaboration:
i. Partner with designers, copywriters, and other team members to bring creative ideas to life.
ii. Actively participate in project meetings and contribute to the creative development process.
4. Demonstrate software proficiency:
i. Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) to execute concepts effectively.
ii. Stay current on the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and video editing.
5. Work on quality control:
i. Conduct thorough quality checks on all deliverables to ensure they meet Zinnov's standards.
ii. Address feedback promptly and implement necessary revisions.
6. Handle project management:
i. Efficiently manage and organize project files and assets.
ii. Meet project deadlines and communicate any potential delays proactively.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, film, animation, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro.
3. Strong understanding of motion design principles and video editing techniques.
4. Creative mindset with a proven ability to translate concepts into visually compelling content.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
6. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
7. Strong storytelling skills and a passion for creative problem-solving.
