In the TA vertical at Arthan, the Associate/Senior Associate will work on various roles spread across sectors and functions in the social impact space and be responsible for driving client engagements. She will also work on the operational support for the end-to-end hiring process.
Key responsibilities:
1. Support the talent acquisition efforts by posting jobs, assisting with the screening, interviewing, reference check, background check, and offer letter process as required
2. Gain a solid understanding of individual client requirements
3. Convey the job description clearly to the candidates
4. Manage the operations around each client mandate
5. Ability to work independently
6. Identify new ways of ensuring efficiency in the talent acquisition process
Other Requirements:
1. Should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
2. At least 1-3 years of prior work experience preferably in HR or Executive Search
3. Should be proactive and a problem-solver
4. Have the drive to relentlessly follow up with prospective clients
5. Consistently demonstrate the ability and commitment to deliver major initiatives from the beginning (ideation, strategy) to full deployment in a timely manner
6. Strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy
7. A high degree of flexibility; proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple complex projects, and to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
8. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
9. Candidates with proven experience and/or interest to work in the social impact space will be preferred
