Associate Recruiter Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates proactively
2. Post jobs, pre-screen resumes, and interview candidates both on the phone and in person
3. Partner with hiring managers throughout the selection process
4. Identify/clarify hiring specifications and competencies
5. Document and confirm principal requirements to ensure the accurate and detailed job descriptions
6. Develop action plans to maximize candidate sourcing
7. Build strong relationships with HR managers and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruiting process across accounts
8. Take complete responsibility for all recruitment activity in the account area, including attending HR team meetings, and regular rhythm with stakeholders

Skills & Requirements:

1. Relevant market area recruiting experience preferred
2. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service to internal and external partners and clients
3. Proven aptitude to execute in a changing professional environment
4. Possess a wide range of experience with current external recruiting policies, practices, and trends
5. Clear desire to make work fun and enjoyable within a teamwork environment
6. Experienced in behavioral-based interviewing, pre-employment testing, and other innovative selection methods preferred
7. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work with all levels of management
8. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and internet savvy
9. Candidates staying in or near West Delhi are most preferred
