We are looking for an associate manager (product operations) who will be responsible for shaping processes for our daily operations. You will work in a fast-paced team, where everyone owns a significant role in contributing to day-to-day operational efficiency. As a member of the product operations team, you will have the opportunity to solve interesting retail & e-commerce problems in a technology-driven and customer-centric work culture.
Key responsibilities:
1. Building and iterating on systems that inform the product team of key user issues and seeing through their resolutions
2. Managing quality improvement processes and identifying, tracking, reporting and resolving issues in a timely manner
3. Monitoring and assessing internal product analytics to help the team prioritize work and make well-informed decisions
4. Facilitating product feedback review and planning meetings
5. Identifying, prioritizing and solving operational challenges to improve productivity
6. Leading the refresher training for the operations team on changes to processes/systems

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 85%
2. Variable component: 15%
