1. Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual designs that align with the company's brand identity and messaging
2. Develop designs for various mediums including but not limited to print, digital, social media, and advertising
3. Create and edit images, graphics, and other visual content using graphic design software
4. Prepare and produce high-quality digital and print materials, such as flyers, brochures, posters, and logos
5. Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software
6. Ensure all design projects are completed within the deadline and meet quality standards
Skills & Requirements:
1. Proven experience of at least 1 year as a graphic designer with a portfolio of past work
2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or other design tools
3. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
4. Ability to work in a team environment, collaborate with other designers, and communicate with non-designers
5. Excellent communication and time management skills
