Associate - Fin Ops Fresher Job

Experience in invoicing, reconciliation - accounts payable/accounts receivable for the retail business

Advanced working knowledge of Excel & Tableau

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products including expert-level knowledge of Excel used for reporting (Should be proficient with Excel Functions and Formulas such as Charts, Pivot Table, Lookups, Conditional formatting, count IF, Sum IF)

Strong ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations along with the business dashboards

Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with stakeholders

Very good in interpersonal relations, excellent coordination skills, and clear communication

Ability to organize, prioritize and meet timelines

Candidate should have some work experience in finance and reconciliation

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field

Professional experience ideally in the areas of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable

Demonstrated ability to work independently while dealing with high levels of ambiguity

Demonstrated great written and verbal communication skills
