Cultfit Healthcare Private Limited is looking for a highly motivated Associate Center Manager who has excellent Sales experience to help lead and manage our growing healthcare centers. You will be part of a dynamic team and be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational excellence to ensure our customers have an unparalleled experience.
Sales:
1. Responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new clients - walk-ins/trials
2. Responsible for achieving the target by driving conversion
3. Responsible for upselling
4. Maintain record of every interaction with new user
5. Enter all details of customers, walks ins on internal tools
Operations:
1. Manage center experience and incremental enhancements
2. Work on timely opening and closing of the center
3. Inventory management: Ensure inventory of essentials, supplies, and equipment, responsible for both stocking and re-ordering (first-aid, stationary, water, towels, etc.)
4. Manage classes and workouts
5. Ensure the punctuality of trainers and classes
6. Handle issues with respect to attendance, equipment, and space availability
7. Work on customer interactions and troubleshooting
8. Interact with walk-ins and prospective clients
9. Improve member attendance through meet and greet, familiarity building, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
10. Take feedback from members and partners about classes and document the same
11. Handle issues that may lead to consumer experience during or pre/post class
