Associate Accountant Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain meticulous daily accounting records
2. Prepare and continually update cash flow statements
3. Promptly reconcile bank transactions and address any discrepancies
4. Facilitate efficient invoice processing and payment scheduling with vendors
5. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
6. Aid in the transition of accounting processes to Zoho software
7. Good control on Excel to analyze financial data and create comprehensive reports
8. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal processes & any statutory due dates

Requirements:

1. Bachelor s degree in accounting & finance
2. Strong grasp of accounting principles and practices
3. A proactive approach to managing tasks
4. To efficiently organize meetings and facilitate internal communications with seniors and departments
5. Good hold on Excel, Zoho, and Tally ERP software
6. Capacity to assume smaller responsibilities and complete tasks diligently
7. Task-oriented mindset with decent communication skills and time management skills
8. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating the ability to thrive under pressure
9. Good technical know-how
