3. Work on monthly GST
4. Work on the reconciliation of sundry debtors & creditors
5. Work on payment follow-up by telephone & mailing
6. Work on daily stock maintenance
7. Handle petty cash records
8. Send quotation and purchase order by Busy software as per order
9. Maintain sales purchase registers & keep in software properly
10. Work on banking works like cheques issued for clearing cash deposits, NEFT, and RTGS
11. Use knowledge about central excise VAT as this VAT is exempted in manufacturing units
12. Handle all sales tax & income tax work like C, H, and forms issued from the sales tax department
13. Handle day-to-day accounting
14. Prepare salary statement, PF account, worker salary, and daily wages for workers
15. Work on finalization of accounts, statement of accounts, debtors control accounts, buffer accounts, balance sheet statement, consumption charts, trails balance, work, scrutiny of desperation and fixed assets
