Associate Accountant Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle payroll, statutory compliances, and compensation
2. Maintain salary details of employees including all breakups
3. Calculate amounts of deductions like PF, ESIC, professional tax, TDS, or other deduction
4. Ensure receipt of all supporting documents related to the full & final settlement
5. Work on the timely and accurate filing of various returns, ETDS, Form 16, etc
6. Knowledge of income tax declaration
7. Knowledge of allowances and perks
