Key responsibilities:

1. Driving sales by developing communication with the validated customers who have applied on Wishfin.com
2. Providing product knowledge to customers and answering their questions via phone and email
3. Serving as a link between networked financial institutions and customers and helping customers in getting their queries resolved on time
4. Understanding the customer's needs and helping them by resolving their issues and coordinating with banks and NBFCs to provide the best services

Requirements:

1. Should be able to communicate with customers of diverse backgrounds
2. Should be comfortable with a sales profile with a finance/marketing background
