About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers, providing excellent customer service
2. Advise customers on jewelry purchases, offering detailed product knowledge and personalized recommendations
3. Drive sales to meet and exceed targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
4. Oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow
5. Maintain the visual merchandising of the showroom, ensuring it is attractive and aligned with brand standards
6. Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure proper display of products
7. Lead, train, and motivate the showroom staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
8. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews, providing feedback and development plans
9. Foster a positive and professional work environment
10. Plan and execute showroom sales events, promotions, and marketing activities to drive traffic and sales
11. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
12. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
13. Manage the financial aspects of the showroom, including budgeting, expenses, and profitability
14. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales figures, customer feedback, and inventory status
15. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and compliance with company policies

Requirements

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff
2. Well-groomed and professional appearance, representing the brand image positively
3. In-depth understanding of jewelry products, market trends, and customer preferences
4. Graduate degree from a recognized institution
5. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the jewelry business, with a proven track record in sales and showroom management
6. Strong leadership and team management skills
7. High level of customer service orientation
8. Ability to drive sales and meet targets
9. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
10. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
