1. Create multiple channel sales partners for sales of paid subscription packages via tele-center based on defined SOPs, SLAs, and pricing models
2. Ensure team hiring to meet budgeted numbers
3. Maintain regular connects with partners to overcome day-to-day challenges
4. Provide due training and hand-holding to all stakeholders to ensure proper flow of product/process knowledge including weekly sessions for new joiners and monthly refreshers (including on new product development)
5. Track and monitor input KPIs (such as data and hot leads) closely to help improve productivity
6. Evaluate the performance of the center with key metrics (attempts, talk time, presentations, quality score, etc.) on a routine basis to ensure optimized productivity and minimum leakage
7. Ensure timely payout after due diligence
8. Align with the product and data teams to provide feedback and help improve enablers, quality, productivity, and overall process efficiency
9. Prepare reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly) for different departments or upper management
