We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 'Architectural AutoCAD Draftsperson' to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality architectural drawings, layouts, and other technical documents for a variety of building projects. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and a solid understanding of architectural design principles, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to support project development.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create accurate architectural drawings and layouts, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD software.
2. Assist in the development of design concepts, translating them into construction-ready documentation.
3. Ensure that all architectural drawings comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
4. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to revise and update drawings as needed.
5. Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing files and project documentation.
6. Prepare drawing sets for review, approval, and construction, ensuring quality and precision.
7. Coordinate with other design and construction teams to address technical issues and improve project deliverables.
8. Assist in creating 3D models or renderings as required for design presentations and client meetings.
9. Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, providing regular updates on progress.

Other requirements
1. Proven experience as an AutoCAD Draftsperson, preferably in the architectural field.
2. Proficient in AutoCAD, with a strong understanding of drafting standards and drawing conventions.
3. Knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
4. Familiarity with other software tools such as Revit, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
5. Strong attention to detail with the ability to create precise and accurate drawings.
6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
8. High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s degree or higher in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field is preferred.
Salary
Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
