Key responsibilities:

1. Create presentation drawings
2. Design residential spaces
3. Develop landscape designs
4. Produce 3D renderings and views
5. Prepare all good-for-construction drawings, interior designs, and detailed architectural plans
6. Coordinate with all consultants involved in the project
7. Apply knowledge of building bye-laws

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in good-for-construction drawings
2. Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Google Sheets
