As an Agriculture Research and Management specialist at One Root, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of innovative agricultural practices. Your expertise in MS Excel and proficiency in spoken Kannada will be key in driving our research and management efforts to new heights.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct research to identify and implement sustainable agricultural practices
2. Analyze data using MS Excel to identify trends and make informed decisions
3. Collaborate with farmers and agricultural experts to develop and implement research projects
4. Manage experimental plots and collect data for analysis
5. Provide training and support to farmers on best agriculture practices
6. Monitor crop health and provide recommendations for pest and disease management
7. Document research findings and prepare reports for stakeholders
