We are looking for a dynamic and experienced administration manager to join our team at The Unique Story. As the administration manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team in achieving their goals.
Key responsibilities:
1. Overseeing all aspects of office administration, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities
2. Utilizing advanced knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Word, and MS-Office to create reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
3. Handling recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
4. Coordinating meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
5. Managing onboarding and training programs for new employees
6. Implementing and enforcing office policies and procedures to ensure a productive work environment
7. Serving as a point of contact for employees and external partners for administrative support
