Administration Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing the program:
i. Demonstrate the ability to plan the entire management development program (MDP), including scheduling sessions, coordinating with faculty, and managing resources.
ii. Prepare calendar, brochure, invoice, feedback, etc.
2. Coordinating and planning:
i. Convey program objectives, expectations, and updates to participants, faculty, and stakeholders (external vendor/logistics support/internal department, etc.)
3. Building relationships:
i. Build and maintain positive relationships with participants, faculty, sponsors, and other key stakeholders.
4. Paying attention to detail:
i. Ensure that all aspects of the program, from content delivery to logistics, meet high-quality standards.
ii. Manage time and resources effectively to ensure the timely and successful execution of the MDP.
