You will work as a receptionist and work on EPBAX handling.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on implementation of administration policies.
2. Ensure that all facility management requirements are fulfilled.
3. Maintain an inventory of all fixed assets of the company.
4. Ensure provision of administrative services to all employees like travel, accommodation, stationery, etc.
5. Handle duties such as taking phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries.
6. Keep detailed messages from the person called upon, containing name, call timing, and business nature.
7. Maintain the employee database.
8. Greet visitors and provide appropriate information.
9. Send birthday/anniversary wishes to employees.
10. Manage the events calendar.
11. Accept and answer fax inquiries.
12. Receive couriers/official letters and distribute to appropriate employees.
13. Maintain the day-to-day schedule in the system.
14. Maintain the attendance register and look after the accounts/admin work as required.
15. Manage stock, library, and courier register; receive stock material.
16. Perform manual work on journal entries/invoices and maintain bookkeeping.
17. Book train/bus/car/flight tickets as per the details.
18. Enter attendance records.
19. Handle office boy/assistant daily work records.
20. Oversee housekeeping administration.
21. Maintain the leave reports.
22. Track bill payments/due dates and update bill entries in Excel.
23. Conduct internet-related search work and any other tasks as assigned by management.

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year
We work with specialized construction of raised access floors and accessories for raised floor environments like control room consols and trading desks for banking along with underfloor bus bar systems and cable management systems. We also work with data center products and specialized deep cleaning for data centers.
