We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive with experience in office maintenance, supplies management, employee transportation, onboarding, housekeeping, and interview coordination. The ideal candidate will perform various HR and administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations and a positive employee experience.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handling office maintenance and supplies management.
2. Arranging and managing transportation bookings as required.
3. Handling employee onboarding and documentation.
4. Office maintenance: Oversee daily office upkeep and coordinate with maintenance vendors and maintain petty cash.
5. Stationery and pantry management: Ensure timely restocking of office supplies and pantry items.
6. Transportation: Arrange and manage transportation bookings for employees, materials, and others as required.
7. Employee onboarding and documentation: Manage onboarding processes, ensuring timely documentation and smooth integration.
8. Housekeeping management: Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain a clean and organized office environment.
9. Interview coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, supporting the hiring process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
10. Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical, and filling the accounts documents.
