Acquisition Editor Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Find potential authors with the knowledge and skills to create products i.e., Book content
2. Work on instructional video courses that meet our customer s needs
3. Connect with qualified prospects and offer them the chance to work with us
4. Evaluate an outcome of the author's feedback and audit the same
5. Own and achieve business development and sales targets for the assigned tasks
6. Develop new customer accounts, and own complete sales cycle including technical prospecting, relationship management, management and contract

Requirements:

1. Graduation in B.Sc. CS, IT, BCA, MCA, B.Tech or any graduate who is a technology enthusiast with in-depth knowledge of current trends and exceptional presentation and communication skills
2. The candidate will be a self-starter and highly motivated to take up the challenging task of generating more business in the allocated account(s)
3. Direct selling experience with account and relationship management skills in one or more domains of technology topics like IOS, Java, cyber security, programming languages, and many more
4. Key skills we are looking for, like good communication skills, the ability to work in a team, the ability to quickly adapt and learn
5. Interest in learning about new and emerging technologies
6. Basics of MS Office and G Suite
7. We expect a good communication relationship with the author and the project work that has to be delivered in TAT

Note: As a lead specialist/corporate communication specialist, you will build a professional network and you ll have a key role in a company that millions of software developers recognize and rely on. this is a business development role and requires great interpersonal skills. A lead specialist doesn t need to have in-depth technical know-how, but you should have a strong interest in and ability to understand emerging technologies. You should also be proficient in the English language and demonstrate the ability to confidently engage in discussions with people over, both, email and phone. These form the core skills of the lead specialist/corporate communication role that you are expected to continue to develop and gain mastery over as you progress.
