1. Handling complete operations, admin, accounts, and billing which includes billing/payments/admin/renewal reminders/filing/sales support
2. Providing complete pre and post-billing support & account management
3. Supporting complete taxation, TDS, professional tax, GST filing, & payments
4. Managing the payment gateway for customer payments
Requirements:
1. Only candidates currently working or living in Mumbai
2. Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software will be an added advantage (we do not use Tally)
3. Ability to respond to customers in English via the Think Support Ticket system, email, and phone
4. Knowledge of recruitment, scheduling interviews, attendance, leave management for payroll processing, & all HR-related activities
