1. Maintain all records like vouchers, receipts, bills, and payments
2. Work on bank reconciliation & payment collection
3. Work on monthly GST & TDS and file GST & TDS every month
4. Reconcile sundry debtors & creditors
5. Work on telephonic & email payment follows ups
6. Maintain daily stock
7. Handle petty cash records
8. Send quotation and purchase order by Busy software as per order and arrange the delivery of goods with online waybills
9. Maintain sales purchase registers & keep software properly
10. Work on banking tasks like cheques issue for clearing cash deposit, NEFT, and RTGS, L/C, SWIFT, and bill of entry
11. Handle all sales tax & income tax work like C, H, and forms issue from the sales tax department
12. Handle day-to-day accounting
13. Prepare salary statements, PF accounts, employee salaries, etc.
14. Finalize accounts, statement of accounts, debtors control accounts, buffer accounts, and balance sheet statement
Requirements:
1. Good knowledge of Busy & Tally software (Must)
2. Education: Commerce Graduate (B.Com preferred)
3. Experience: 0-1 years
