Accounts Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Must be well-versed in bookkeeping and basic accounting
2. Manage daily accounting and banking activities
3. Run payroll
4. Handle statutory filings - TDS, GST, PF/ESI
5. Assist in statutory compliance
6. Assist stakeholders requirements
7. Negotiate and manage vendors
8. Manage cash and payouts
9. Receive invoices and process payments through an automated process using specialized software
10. Engage with customers, receiving collections and accurate payment applications against the relevant open invoices

Skills requirements:

1. Knowledge of tax deducted at source (TDS) & GST
2. Good knowledge of excel & word
3. Understanding of online payments & funds transfer
4. Analytical skills and multitasking abilities
5. Decision-making skills
