We are hiring for our client which is a cosmetic manufacturing company that provides products to brands like Lakme, Nykaa and others.
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts executive to
oversee our financial operations in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting department, including financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable. They will analyze financial data, prepare statements, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
The employee will ensure compliance with financial regulations, liaise with
external auditors, and implement efficient processes to improve financial performance.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage daily operations of the accounting department
2. Manage daily operations of the accounting department
3. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
4. Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify trends and discrepancies
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
6. Prepare and review budgets and financial forecasts
7. Manage payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions
8. Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
9. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
11. Supervise and train accounting staff as necessary
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Navi Mumbai and neighboring cities
Other requirements
1. Graduates/postgraduates in Finance and accounting will be preferred.
2. Preference will be give to candidates with certification and/or relevant experience in finance domain.
