Accountant Job

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Officer to assist in our financial department. The responsibilities of an Account Officer include keeping financial records up-to-date, checking for inaccuracies in invoices, and handling queries on general accounts.

To be successful as an Account Officer, you should have knowledge of basic accounting procedures, be open to learning, and have strong communication skills. Ultimately, a quality Account Officer should be able to achieve excellent customer service and maintain accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain financial records, expenses, ledger & account activities
2. Handling account payable & receivable
3. Do GST & TDS calculation & verification
4. Assist in maintaining expenses
5. Prepare billing and invoicing and do client follow-up for the payment
6. Knowledge of advanced Excel & computer operations
7. Do book keeping and maintain hard copies of all documents
8. Handle office administrator activities including follow-up for work status from employees
9. Do salary calculation & associated document preparation & provide assistance to management
10. Contact clients about transactions and invoices
11. Handle queries related to accounts
