Accountant Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on daily operations, and accounting data entry in respective templates/software
2. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, revenue and expenditure variance analysis and account and bank statement reconciliation
3. Work on assisting the company's CA
4. Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
5. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
6. Coordinate and complete annual audits
7. Provide accounting and financial recommendations
8. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
9. Assign projects and direct the accounts team to ensure compliance and accuracy
10. Meet financial accounting objectives
11. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
12. Finalize property partners' accounts
13. Work on monthly salary calculations of the employees in the organization
14. Work on GSTR 2A and 2B reconciliation
