About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare monthly cash flows based on information received from the Spinny team and highlight critical points to the management
2. Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures
3. Manage import and customs duty regulations
4. Build business caching reports for vendor quotations
5. Raise and evaluate purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and proforma invoices
6. Work on managing and actively participating in invoice payments closure with accounts
7. Ensure savings by negotiating contracts to reduce costs to the company every month
8. Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries
