1. Ensure the accuracy of records and database
2. Manage general ledger, accounts payable, and receivables
3. Process bookkeeping functions daily and reconcile account ledger
4. Respond to phone calls and emails and resolve customers' queries
5. Draft letters and request checks for overdue accounts
6. Maintain PO, billing and bank activities, TDS, and inventory management
7. Liaise with customers, vendors, and other third parties to ensure payments are made and received in a timely manner
8. Provide accounting support to other departments as needed
