Academic Counselor Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to assess their academic goals and aspirations
2. Provide information on various educational programs and courses the organization offers
3. Work on cold calling the potential customer and scheduling their walk-ins at the center
4. Follow up with the interested students and connect with their parents as well if needed
5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet enrollment targets and drive business growth
6. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide accurate and relevant guidance to students
7. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress to track outcomes and improve services
