We are looking for an academic counselor position. The counseling specialty is concerned with providing advice and assistance to students in the development of their educational plans, choice of appropriate courses, and choice of college.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assessing student's interest and counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities such as regarding country, universities and program selection and career planning.
2. Imparting training workshops, demonstration classes, classroom observation with the teachers.
3. Advising students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for accommodation and preparing students for their studies overseas.
4. Staying updated about the various study abroad programs offered by college/universities.
5. Assisting with activities to promote universities represented by the company.
6. Reporting to the manager.
Required:
1. Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
2. Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
3. Must have at least 1 year of experience in counseling or advising.
4. Should be result oriented and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
