About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Counsel students over the phone for admissions in UG & PG courses
2. Assist learners in forms filling for admission
3. Guide students to take admission to our partner colleges as per the assigned targets
4. Have direct access to the college's SPOC as & when required & help in the admission conversion process
5. Maintain daily MIS on the calls & walk-ins (if any)

Must have skills:

1. Excellent listening + communication skills
2. Interpersonal skills
3. Integrity and professionalism
4. Ability to operate within a wide range of student personalities and backgrounds
5. Should enjoy working in a core sales-driven environment
6. Self-starter & ability to execute high-velocity closures
7. Inherent ability to have engaging conversations
8. Graduate in any stream
9. Comfort & knowledge of Microsoft Office (for data management)
