Academic Counsellor Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Counsel students & working professionals for our various regular leads, walk-ins, live digital marketing programs, and online course students through multiple media like telephone calls, emails, chats & social media channels
2. Work on lead generation from different online channels and convert it into sales
3. Participate in social media content creation like educational content creation or other relevant content creation (content formats like text, visuals, and reels are recommended its a part of the job)
4. Develop & maintain positive working relationships with clients/working professional
5. Maintain CRM of all student queries and status updates of action taken thereon
6. Deliver sales targets in a performance-driven competitive environment
7. Manage the data in system software
8. Work on the references provided by the existing clients/ working professionals
9. Collect fees on a timely basis and ensure zero outstanding
10. Maintain installment register in real-time
