1. Provide efficient modeling and converting of drawings from CAD and other modeling packages
2. Work on Architectural and Interiors 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering of visuals
3. Convert lead designers' briefs into 2d CAD & further into 3d MAX
4. Prepare final renders and presentations for clients
5. Work closely with the design team
6. Stay updated with the latest software used in the visualization field and research and decide on materials and products to achieve realistic images
Requirements:
1. Ability to understand and handle architectural CAD drawings
2. Capable of modeling projects from minimum sketches and supervision
3. Ability to create extremely photorealistic exterior, interior, and landscape visuals
Skills required:
1. Experience in producing high-quality architectural/interior still images and animations
2. Fully conversant in using an creating modeling from architectural plans, sketches, elevations, and knowledge of related visualization techniques and photo-realistic rendering techniques
3. Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, landscapes, and proficient modeling skills
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Ability to work as part of a team and to respond proactively and when required
6. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 160000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 30000 /year
3. Other incentives: ₹10000 /year
