Job Summary:
Appsierra Group is looking for a proactive Telecaller to join our remote team. In this 3-month role, you will make outbound calls, promote our products and services, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Promote and provide information about our products and services.
Generate leads and follow up on prospects.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain and update customer records.
Meet daily and monthly performance targets.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
Ability to persuade and build rapport with customers.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
