As a Talent Acquisition and Operations intern at Pawzz, you will play a crucial role in helping us build our team of passionate individuals dedicated to revolutionizing the pet care industry. Your primary responsibility will be to support the recruitment process by sourcing top talent, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Additionally, you will assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records to ensure smooth operations.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
2. Utilize various recruitment platforms to attract candidates and build a talent pipeline
3. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
4. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the process
5. Assist in the onboarding process by preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and setting up new hire training.
6. Update and maintain employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and benefits information
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team and contribute to special projects as needed
