About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Preparing detailed equity research reports and investment recommendations for internal teams, external clients, and institutional investors
2. Developing & maintaining financial models with financial projections, along with valuations
3. Participating in investor conference calls held by corporations, extract key takeaways, and provide valuable insights to our clients
4. Assisting in drafting content for annual reports, sustainability reports, and other important documents
5. Benchmarking industry players on key performance parameters as well as valuation multiples and identifying potential upsides
6. Compiling & summarizing equity research reports, quarterly reports, and event updates
7. Researching industries and prepare regular update notes for key developments and macroeconomic trends
8. Tracking various sectors, and preparing periodic newsletters, and analysis
9. Preparing company profiles, management notes, and investor collateral documents, such as presentations, media notifications, management speeches, etc.
10. Creating business plans for client projects

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Proficiency in English and Hindi (both written and verbal)

2. Excellent research and analytical skills with attention to detail

3. Strong organizational and time management abilities

4. Analytical/problem-solving skills to sort, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data

5. Familiarity with equity research reports, financial statements, and valuation techniques

6. Ability to create compelling presentations and reports

7. Intermediate or advanced Excel skills

8. Candidates with strong financial modeling skills may be preferred

9. Bachelors degree in finance, economics, or a related field

10. Candidates who have cleared any level of professional certification such as CFA or CA may be preferred
