About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate with the higher authorities to identify staffing needs.
2. Source potential candidates through online channels, job fairs, and other networking opportunities.
3. Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate further assessments.
4. Facilitate the hiring process from start to finish, including making offers and negotiating terms.
5. Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.
6. Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
7. Ensure the smooth integration of new employees into their roles and teams.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
9. Manage HR databases and systems to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
10. Prepare reports and analyses on HR metrics and trends as required.
11. Assist in the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
12. Work closely with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.
13. Recognize and reward employee achievements and contributions.
14. Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned by higher authorities.
15. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
16. Handle employee inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
17. Uphold company policies and procedures in all HR-related activities.
Important Note: In this work role, you can earn much more than the basic stipend, which is an honorarium provided to you, but based on your management skills and performance, you can earn as much as INR 1,00,000 or more.
