The goal is to help build a digital marketing agency's wing by getting clients and handling day-to-day operations.
Say even if we fail, you get to learn how to build something from scratch. It may be useful for your next interview or when you start a business in your domain. As now matter how good you are, you have to know how to generate business.
Payment structure:
- Base pay: 0-1,000 INR
- Revenue share pool: 30-70% of company revenue based on team's contribution
- Ideally can make up to 20k/month in 3-6 months, you get what you put in
Company's day-to-day (varies based on clientele)
- Helping with farming (getting inbound leads) and hunting (outreach for outbound leads)
Contributing to day-to-day operations
1. Create and schedule engaging content
2. Monitor and engage with audiences
3. Analyze social media performance
4. Assist in creating various content types
5. Collaborate on content ideas
6. Analyze digital marketing data
7. Create performance reports
8. Assist in optimizing website content
9. Conduct keyword research
10. Help with ad campaign management
11. Monitor ad performance and budgets
12. Update and maintain website content
13. Collaborate with different teams
14. Communicate project updates
15. Research industry trends and competitors
16. Address challenges in sales, marketing, and operations
