Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct cold calls: Initiate and manage a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential clients.
2. Lead generation: Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling.
3. Client engagement: Effectively communicate the value propositions of our products/services to prospective clients.
4. Follow-up: Perform timely follow-ups to ensure the conversion of leads into sales opportunities.
5. Feedback: Provide feedback on lead quality and help improve scripts and strategies.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 400000 to 500000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per sale).
