Inside Sales Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. User Support and Query Resolution:
1. Call registered users to assist them with their queries and provide detailed information about our platform.
2. Offer guidance and support to ensure users have a smooth experience on Worko.ai.
3. Update users on the status of their services and provide timely follow-ups.

b. Outreach and User Acquisition:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential users to introduce them to Worko.ai and encourage platform registration.
2. Engage with prospective users to understand their needs and highlight the benefits of our platform.

c. Collaboration and Insights:
1. Work closely with the marketing team to share insights from user interactions and sales calls.
2. Provide feedback on campaign performance and suggest improvements based on user responses and market trends.

d. Sales and Marketing Support:
1. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive user engagement and platform adoption.
2. Contribute to the creation of sales materials, presentations, and other collateral as needed.

e. Data Management and Reporting:
1. Maintain accurate records of user interactions and sales activities.
2. Generate reports to track progress and provide insights into user behavior and sales performance.
