Inside Sales Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Customer outreach: Make outbound calls to parents who have shown interest in the program, answering questions and providing additional information about courses, pricing, and curriculum. Schedule and conduct product demonstrations (e.g., free trial classes) to showcase the benefits of "thelittlescientists" live classes.
2. Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with interested parents to nurture leads and encourage enrollment.
3. Sales conversion: Convert leads into enrollments by effectively communicating the value of the program and addressing any concerns.
4. Maintaining CRM: Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system to track interactions and manage leads efficiently.
5. Customer support: Provide support to parents during the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth experience from initial inquiry to class participation. Address customer queries related to class schedules, pricing, and technical aspects promptly.
6. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to share insights and improve outreach strategies.
