1. Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
2. Participate in new employee onboarding activities, such as preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions
3. Support HR in maintaining employee records and the HRIS (human resources information system) database
4. Assist with organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees
5. Aid in drafting HR policies, procedures, and documentation
6. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and maintaining HR documents
7. Assist in employee relations activities, including handling inquiries and resolving minor issues under supervision
8. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR manager or supervisor
