Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing and executing human resources strategies and plans including organizational design, workforce planning, job analysis, recruitment and selection, compensations and benefits, performance management, and employment laws
2. Defining and promoting corporate values and culture
3. Designing and implementing training and development programs
4. Conducting exit interviews and analyzing employee feedback
5. Evaluating organizational performance and helping to improve it
6. Developing recruitment policies and procedures
7. Supporting, coaching, and developing employees
8. Analyzing employee data and reports for trends, opportunities, and risks
9. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
10. Implementing HR systems and tools
