Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Connect with the campus for recruitment
2. Conduct interviews and screening the candidates
3. Coordinate for day-to-day HR functions
4. Create a policy-related, process-related FAQ
5. Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
