About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Oversee recruitment and hiring process, consult with the Founders directly to identify needs and preferred qualifications
2. Interview applicants about their experience, education, and skills
3. Contact references and perform background checks (if required)
4. Inform applicants about job details such as their roles, responsibilities, benefits etc
5. Hire or refer qualified candidates
6. Conduct new employee orientations
7. Process paperwork
8. Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees' talents
9. Conduct a weekly meet with the already hired employees and take their feedbacks
10. Direct disciplinary procedures
