Video Editing/Making Internship

Adsiduous Media is a performance ad network that represents high-converting traffic globally across Entertainment, Gaming, Technology and News and finance verticals. We are looking for someone with a basic understanding of design principles so that they can create/edit engaging short-form videos (reels, Tiktoks, shorts, etc.). The ideal candidate would be someone who is open to new creative thinking and someone who is willing to adapt to TikTok's aesthetic (fast-paced, loud, colourful, attention-grabbing).

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Choose engaging and trending topics or themes for the TikTok videos to capture the audience's attention
2. Edit and enhance video clips to create visually appealing and captivating content
3. Work on cutting, trimming, adding effects, and optimizing video quality
4. Choose suitable background music or sound effects that complement the video and enhance its impact
5. Add concise and attention-grabbing text or captions to convey the message or story effectively
6. Ensure that the video's pace aligns with TikTok's format and captures viewers' attention quickly
7. Keep up with TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and user preferences to adapt the content accordingly

Requirements:

1. Basic Understanding of ANY design software such as AE/Premiere Pro/Canva/Capcut
2. Willingness to learn and adapt to new social media trends
3. Should be able to write 1-3 lines of promotional ad text in perfect English
