Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
2. Handle inbound calls from existing customers to address their queries and concerns.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in MS Excel.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
