Talent Acquisition Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Having global exposure and supporting Asia Talent Acquisition (TA) team
2. Assisting recruiters/TA team on doing translation of job postings, sourcing, screening, etc.
3. Supporting the TA team on data consolidation and analysis
4. Supporting recruiters/TA with innovative resourcing solutions to attract the best talent
5. Co-managing intern job requisitions (help with screening applicants for qualifications)
6. Grabbing the chance to brainstorm and refine employment branding messages and materials for campus recruiting
7. Partnering with vendors and internal teams on the creation of collateral, or any employer branding contents
8. Assisting in developing a university-focused social media strategy to develop our employment brand via social networking
9. Proactively collaborating with recruiters & hiring managers to assist in interview scheduling
